    Terms of Service

By accessing relayengage.com, purchasing a plan or connecting accounts, you agree to these terms. RelayEngage provides white-labeled automations that run as your business using credentials you own.

    1. Acceptance

You must be 18+ and authorized to bind your business. If you onboard on behalf of a company, you represent you have authority. Use is governed by these terms and our Privacy Policy.

    2. The marketplace model

RelayEngage sells 52 ready-to-run automations. We do not run an agency or provide done-for-you services included in subscription, except optional Implementation. Each tenant brings their own Twilio number, Google Calendar email and Meta Page. Relay then sends from their number and books their calendar. Credentials are isolated per tenant in vault with last4 + hash visibility.

    3. Subscriptions – $99 / $249 / $499

    • Starter $99/mo: core marketplace access, limited active services (starter tier), community support.
    • Growth $249/mo: starter + growth tier services, workflow builder, priority execution.
    • Scale $499/mo: all 52 services, unlimited tenant members, SLA checks, advanced runs.

App workspace and workflow execution requires active subscription. Tenant is provisioned automatically via ensure-tenant function on checkout.

    4. Implementation – $499 one-time

Optional one-time $499 fee for guided white-label setup. Includes connector verification, vault seed test and 2 workflow activations. Does not include ongoing management unless Scale plan active.

    5. Billing via Stripe

All payments processed by Stripe. You authorize recurring charges for monthly plans until cancelled. Invoices delivered via Stripe. Failed payments enter 7-day grace then pause tenant execution. Manage billing via /app customer portal button.

    6. Cancellation

Cancel anytime via Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation stops future charges, subscription stays active until period end. No prorated refunds, unless required by law. Upon cancellation, request data export within 30 days.

    7. Tenant responsibilities – Bring Your Own Accounts

    You are responsible for:

    • Maintaining active Twilio account with A2P compliance, valid phone number in E.164 format, sufficient balance
    • Keeping Google Calendar OAuth authorized and calendar available
    • Ensuring Meta Page tokens valid and page publishing permissions
    • Compliance with TCPA, CTIA and local telemarketing rules for any SMS you send via our send_sms node (which calls your Twilio)

Relay does not supply telephony, calendaring or Meta access. We execute using what you connected.

    8. Usage and fair use

Workflow executions subject to plan limits and usage events metering. Abusive, illegal or spam use is prohibited. We may rate-limit or suspend execution if your Twilio account reports high opt-out or carrier violations.

    9. Credential handling

By connecting accounts, you grant Relay permission to call Twilio and Google APIs on your behalf for workflow nodes send_sms, create_calendar_event, check_availability. Credentials stored as hash+last4 for display, full secret encrypted. We never display full token to any user after initial connect. Revoke anytime via connected accounts vault delete.

    10. Intellectual property

Catalog services, templates, copy remain Relay IP. Workflows you build belong to your tenant. You grant us license to run them per your triggers.

    11. Disclaimer

Services provided as-is. We are not liable for lost jobs due to Twilio downtime, Google API downtime or your account suspension. Maximum liability limited to 3 months of fees paid.

    12. Termination

We may terminate for breach, non-payment, abuse or legal requirement. You may export within termination grace period via tenant-overview function.

    13. Contact and governing law

Legal contact: support@relayengage.com. Law: Delaware, US, with dispute arbitration.
